Migrate dotfiles management from dotdrop to mise [dotfiles] 2b64835521

Replace dotdrop's symlink farm with mise's native [dotfiles] feature.

Changes:
- Restructure dotfiles/ tree so each profile dir mirrors $HOME
  (config/ -> .config/, zshenv -> .zshenv, etc.)
- Add 5 conf.d TOML files with [dotfiles] entries per profile:
  - common (global [settings.dotfiles] root + common entries)
  - client, macos, work, home (profile-specific entries)
- Merge targets (fish/conf.d, fish/functions, zsh/rc.d, mise/conf.d)
  use glob patterns (target/* + source/* + mode=symlink) so profiles coexist
- Single-source dirs use mode=symlink-each; single files use mode=symlink
- Source paths use absolute ~/src/dotfiles/dotfiles/<profile>/... form
- Add setup/profile.sh: hostname-based profile selector that links conf.d
  TOMLs into ~/.config/mise/conf.d/, runs macOS base setup, clones skills,
  then runs mise bootstrap --yes (which applies dotfiles via [dotfiles])
- Update AGENTS.md for new structure and commands
- Remove: dotdrop (2.6MB blob), update-dotdrop.sh, fixed-docopt.py,
  config.yaml, .gitmodules, setup.sh, setup/dotfiles.sh, setup/agents.sh,
  setup/mise.sh, setup/mac/main.sh, brew:dotdrop from default-brew.toml
- Keep: setup/mac/base.sh (invoked by profile.sh), experiments.brewfile

mise bootstrap --yes now handles dotfiles (step 8 of 17) alongside
tools, packages, and macOS defaults.
